1 - PREMISE This document defines the corporate policy regarding the aspects of the Quality Management System. The document is prepared by the Management and is intended to define the general guidelines for the exercise of company activities. The indications of the company policy are enforceable through the provisions of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Standard. The main objective of the QMS is:
2 - SIGNIFICANT ELEMENTS AND DECISIONS OF CORPORATE POLICY It is the intention of Tecnomac's Management to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the compliance of the services provided in terms of quality, reliability, punctuality and competence. It intends to always operate according to safety criteria, in full compliance with current regulations and its own code of ethics. Management believes in the need to address quality issues from an overall perspective aimed at ensuring its operational effectiveness. Everyone at Tecnomac must actively commit to pursuing the continuous improvement of the Quality system, favouring prevention over correction. Each company activity must fulfil the following general objectives: 1 - Always provide services that fully satisfy the customer's needs, trying to use the best technologies available on the market and create awareness among internal resources, through staff training, of the need to achieve ever-increasing quality standards. 2 - Operate in a manner so that the customer maintains a relationship of trust with Tecnomac. The image of our Company must reflect characteristics of efficiency, professionalism and reliability. 3 - Expect the highest level of quality of one's work, suggesting improvements and committing to carrying out one's work in a way that will avoid complaints by setting adequate indicators and periodically checking the achievement of objectives. 4 - Involve internal staff so that everyone recognises the importance of their role and acquires awareness in relation to this policy document. 5 - Improve internal efficiency through professional growth, personal motivation and through the periodic review of the integrated management system to verify that it is implemented effectively and that it is suitable for achieving the objectives. 3 - COMPANY OBJECTIVES Following the above, the objectives that the Management has identified and which must be achieved with the involvement of all staff and collaborators have been established in the management review and are briefly summarised below. 3.1 - QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The ISO 9001:2018 quality management system implemented many years ago has become a consolidated standard. The transition to the ISO 9001:2015 system must be considered as the drive to further improve what has thus far been achieved. The operating procedures have allowed us a general organisation which, through planning, feedback and verification of what has been planned, has allowed us to optimise the company's resources. 3.2 - HUMAN RESOURCES AND COMPANY STRUCTURE The work force is currently adequate. Human resources will continue to be valued within the structure in order to increasingly stimulate personnel, at every company level, which is important for strengthening and developing a sense of unity. 3.3 - COMPANY TREND AND STRATEGY Thanks to the diversification of the business, our company has been able to cope with the multi-year economic situation of the sector in which it operates and has managed to keep the volumes of the company indices constant. Our consistent conduct towards our customers, our elevated commitment to our work, have rewarded Tecnomac with an increase in customers and above all it has maintained excellent business relationships with loyal customers. Scenarios of uncertainty remain in the sector and therefore Tecnomac's commitment is to combine cost optimisation with maintaining the high quality of its work as a guarantee and important added value.
